Ishvara-arpana-buddhi

Ishwara arpana buddhi (the attitude of offering to a higher altar while performing actions) + Prasada buddhi (the attitude of cheerful acceptance while receiving the results of actions performed) = Karma Yoga

Thus, we see Karma Yoga is not an action. It is the attitude that makes all the difference!
